Liquid Effect: Able to draw defined tail perfectly, just like how a Liquid eyeliner.

Due to gel added, the lead produced is soft thus it won't hurt the delicate skin around ur eyes.

This Gel Pencil Liner is non-retractable! Turn out about 1mm to prevent breakage of lead when using.
